Company Picnics

Relax and unwind enjoying a day away from the office and let our staff do all the work for you. All picnic packages include at least 5 hours use of our facility, a continuously served menu of your choice and an exclusive dining area for your guests. Groups of 100 guests or more can have exclusive use of our entire facility.

Corporate Team Building Programs

Business leaders are drawn to our Ropes/Challenge Course because of its long-term effectiveness in the workplace. After completing a program, participants can expect to feel a new and profound sense of confidence. Our program enables participants to discover the difference between what they think they can accomplish and what they can actually do - individually and as a team.

Professional business trainers and educators facilitate our programs. Corporate team building activities include a combination of Strategic Games, Low Ropes Challenge Course and High Ropes Challenge Course. Regardless of the program you choose, your staff will develop a greater understanding and appreciation of their performance strengths and limitations.

All team building activities are designed physically and emotionally for today’s adult workforce. Our provocative programs are very effective tools for impacting your staff’s leadership and team skills. Issues of group norms, change, conflict management, decision making, risk taking and planning can be addressed through these activity-based workplace team building simulations.

Off-Site Meetings

Choose Diamond Ridge to host your next business meeting and leave all the planning to our staff. We offer a variety of meeting spaces from small breakout rooms to large banquet rooms. Our catering staff can create a menu to suit any business function. All off-site meeting packages include wireless internet service, projector and screen, flip-charts and easel, DVD Player and Television.
