Team Building
Our team building programs engage, entertain, educate and mostly motivate your group. Throughout all of our programs the core principles of emotional and physical support, communication, trust, accepting differences, problem solving, decision making and goal setting are emphasized. Let our staff of educators and facilitators help you reach your goals.
Group Challenges
These activities are done in teams or small groups made up of 8 - 12 participants. All elements challenge the intellect and motivate groups to succeed with limited resources and time. We aim to solidify relationships and reinforce the power of cooperation at all levels. Communication, interaction, socialization and responsibility are practiced at all activities. There are over 75 different group challenges offered at Diamond Ridge. Some of the more popular ones include: Trolley, Spider’s Web, Pipeline and The Swamp.
High and Low Ropes Challenge Course
Our Ropes Challenge Course is an upbeat and success-oriented program that is fun and suitable for all abilities. Our course is a non-competitive program based on a Challenge by Choice philosophy. The decision to participate empowers people to perform to their potential freely and without pressure.

Both Low Ropes and High Ropes activities are designed to:
- Increase self-esteem and self-confidence in a supportive atmosphere in which the positive is emphasized.
- Develop and implement new approaches to coping with peer and adult relationships.
- Foster an appreciation and respect for individual difference.
- Learn increased responsibility and social maturity with a cooperative success oriented framework.
The Low Ropes Course is a series of challenges focusing on group collaboration. The challenges call upon every member of the group to participate and they present endless opportunities for self-discovery and team growth.
The High Ropes Course emphasizes risk-taking, trust and coaching. The challenges allow participants to expand their comfort zones, sometimes dramatically and recognize fears that may block personal achievement. Each moment is rich with discoveries whether a person is climbing, supporting “on belay” or finding an effective way to encourage a teammate.
